With new content on its international website and an email campaign, GSE Environmental has unveiled high temperature geomembranes. DOWNLOAD: New brochure (PDF) From the initial promotion for GSE High Temperature Liner:

** Prolonged exposure to temperatures above 60°C (140°F) can have a negative effect on standard polyethylene geomembranes. When the temperature exceeds 60°C, stress cracking, oxidation, and UV degradation are accelerated, which can reduce strength properties. GSE’s team of engineers decided to push standard polyethylene geomembranes beyond their limits. They collaborated with resin producers to develop innovative HDPE resins.  When used in conjunction with GSE’s proprietary high temperature stabilization package, the result is a liner that withstands the effects of extreme temperatures. GSE High Temperature Liner will deliver the same durability and chemical resistance as any GSE liner and will retain these properties when exposed to sustained temperatures of up to 100°C (212°F), making it perfect for
