PRODUCTION PROCESS OF GEOTEXTILE GROW BAGS WITH RECYCLED PET BOTTLE
We use BPA free recycled PET bottle as a raw material to make geotextile grow bags. The image shows the manufacturing process of PET/Polyester Fiber from PET Bottle:
- We manually clean the collected PET bottles and cut them into flex. We wash, sterilize, dewater, and crush the flexes as well.
- Then we heat the flexes and drive them through a spinner to form the strings of yarn.
- Then we wind up the yarn in spools.
- In this phase, the chemical conditioning is done.
- Afterward, the fiber is passed through a crimping machine that turns it into a fluffy, wooly texture.
- Following that the yarn gets knitted into polyester fabric. Thus the polyester fabric gets ready to become the desired fabric pot or geotextile grow bags.
