GeoFanPipe® DCP (PP/PE double-wall corrugated pipe) is a high-performance drainage pipe manufactured from premium polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) via advanced co-extrusion technology. It comprises two integrated functional components: a sleek, smooth inner wall that guarantees unobstructed fluid conveyance, and a robust annular corrugated outer wall that reinforces structural stability—forming a synergistic double-wall pipe system.

This distinctive double-wall design endows the product with excellent ring stiffness, enabling it to withstand long-term external soil pressure, as well as outstanding impact resistance to endure installation and operational stresses. For this reason, it is highly suitable for non-pressurized buried drainage and sewer systems, as it combines the fluid-conducting efficiency of a smooth inner wall with the structural durability of a corrugated outer wall, delivering reliable performance in underground drainage scenarios.

Main Function of GeoFanPipe® DCP

  • Primary role: Transport rainwater, domestic sewage, industrial wastewater (non-corrosive/low-corrosive), or agricultural irrigation water in a non-pressurized state.​
  • Functional realization: The smooth inner wall minimizes flow resistance, preventing sediment, debris, or waste residues from accumulating. This ensures consistent, unobstructed fluid movement—even during peak periods (e.g., heavy rainfall in cities, high-volume wastewater discharge in factories)—avoiding blockages that disrupt drainage efficiency.
  • Primary role: Maintain pipe shape and performance under long-term external pressure and environmental stress, avoiding deformation or damage.​
  • Functional realization: The annular corrugated outer wall enhances ring stiffness, enabling the pipe to withstand pressure from surrounding soil, road foundations, or vehicle loads (for pipes under roads). Additionally, the high-quality PP/PE material and co-extruded structure boost impact resistance, protecting the pipe from damage during installation (e.g., handling, backfilling) or temperature fluctuations (from extreme heat to cold).
